Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:          Membership Engagement Executive

Location:         Bradford

Salary:             £26,000 per annum

Length:            Temp to Perm 16 weeks

Hours:              35 hours p/week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Working within marketing/engagement team, calling existing clients ensuring retention
• Liaising with clients including phone calls, Teams meetings, and site visits, as well as attending company events
• Implementing the Institute’s membership growth and retention strategy, including the development of relevant and compelling membership offers
• Ensure all membership enquiries are promptly and satisfactorily answered and maintain the membership database.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
