Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position: Customer Operations Lead
Location: Cheadle Hulme
Rate: £31,400 Salary
Length: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Demonstrate knowledge in Customer Experience, Allocations, Income and Leasehold to support the team in actioning and responding to queries
- Lead, coach, develop and motivate colleagues using available management tools such as team meetings, check-in/121’s & performance management processes to address any underperformance and development issues promptly
- Develop service level targets for omni-channel and administration tasks
- Carry out audit checks across the team to ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to including the Allocations and Income Management policies
The successful candidate must have Experience in a contact centre and people management.
