Customer Product Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Product Specialist to join a Central Government organisation to provide key communications on a high-profile and complex Government
Contract length: 3 months
Location: Remote working/ office when required
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for delivering creative messaging for the full customer campaign cycle
- Lead on content developments and manage approvals for customer products
- Manage the reach of communications and success measurement to build into future project / programme communications
- Develop marketing and customer change products and resources required for projects and initiatives to support businesses
- Develop customer change plans to deliver the outcomes of projects
- Project management of activities and campaigns
- Develop marketing and customer change products and resources required for projects and initiatives to support businesses
- Responsible for developing and delivering the communication plan
- Work with stakeholder engagement team to deliver customer change activities
- Responsible for interpreting complex politically led messaging into customer friendly communications (plain English)
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of developing marketing and customer engagement products – presentations, mailouts, FAQs, policy guidance etc
- Excellent written skills and ability to write for different channels and audiences
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience of developing customer change and communications plans
- Ability to be responsive to a continually changing and fast paced environment
- Knowledge and experience of communications techniques and channels
- Able to manage own workload and prioritise competing projects demands
- Proven track record of maintaining effective relationships with people at all levels
