Customer Service Advisor
We are working with an organisation in Wakefield who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is a full time role, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Shifts are either 11am - 7pm / 1pm - 9pm.
Duties include:
- Provide advice and information on claims
- Deal with inbound calls
- Advise, inform and support customers
- Obtain all relevant information from new clients
- Complete forms
- Provide excellent level of customer care
- Assess claims
Experience working in either a call centre / phone based role is essential for this position, as it is a fast paced role.
Training will be provided.
