Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job description: We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis within the Warwickshire area for a well-established organisation.
You will be expected to:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
Be able to adapt to various scenarios and customer situations whilst remaining professional at all times
Resolve customer queries and maintain professionalism
Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
Log customer calls accurately
Complete administrative duties on a day to day basis
The ideal candidate will:
Have customer service/ call centre experience
Be available at short notice
