Customer Service Advisor
Rate: £14 - £15 per hour Inside IR35 via an umbrella company
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Leicestershire
Start Date: ASAP

An opportunity has arisen for three Customer Service Advisor’s to join a SEND Transport Team, supporting calls from parents, transport suppliers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Be an active listener, with clear communication skills
- Have excellent IT skills as the role requires the use of numerous systems and applications
- Be able to offer a service focused on customer experience and care
- You must have GSCE English and Maths or an equivalent qualification
- A standard DBS check is required for this role
