Customer Service Advisor
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a growing and established business in Huddersfield. This company is looking to train candidates in their Huddersfield Office with the view of some remote working opportunities afte full training is completed.
As part of the Customer Services function you will be a driven and enthusiastic individual with excellent operational B2B customer service skills and a knowledge of a production process.
Some of the key duties include;
< Accurately and efficiently enter sales orders in order to ensure optimal customer experience in line with Business Rules and KPI’s
< Understand, manage & manipulate the business backlog report in order to provide proactive feedback and reduce customer queries
< Support & contribute the CS continuous improvement programme across all processes and functions, regularly updating SOP’s when necessary
