Interim Customer Services Manager – Immediately Required
Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager for our client, a highly-reputable Housing Association, to ensure the provision of Corporate Services support to the Board and Senior Management Team. The Candidate will be joining a successful and already established Housing Team to maintain and promote high standards of service.
Position: Customer Services Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Brixton (Office/WFH Flexible Working)
Rate: £16 - £20 per hour
Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective plans to ensure the delivery of corporate services functions such as meeting schedules, distributions of papers, taking of minutes and following up on action points
- Carrying out corporate services work in conjunction with and offering support and cover to the Executive Assistant position
- Liaise with Head Office landlords to ensure premises are maintained in a good condition, whilst coordinating any facilities changes required by the Senior Management Team
- Carrying out periodic health and safety checks, ensuring any action is taken in compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
- Providing the Senior Management Team with regular reports on all aspects of HR to support the effective decision-making processes
- Supporting the Senior Management Team by liaising with the external partners with regards to obtaining advice on employment, personnel law and any other matters affecting employees
- Coordinating and delivering a variety of different training for the Board, Staff and volunteers
- Keeping accurate records of salaries, whilst maintaining accurate submission and processing of payroll information to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
- To carry out any other administrative tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Preceding experiences within a Social Housing environment
- Previous experiences of managing staff members
