Customer Services Officer
Interim Customer Services Officer – Immediately Required
Venn Group are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager for our client, a highly reputable Housing Association, to ensure the provision of administrative support to the organisations staff team in their delivery of services to residents and other customers. The Candidate will be joining a successful and already established Housing Team to maintain and promote high standards of service.
Position: Customer Services Officer
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Brixton (Office/WFH Flexible Working)
Rate: £12 - £16 per hour
Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries from residents of the organisation comprising of 400 tenants and 172 leaseholders, plus other service users and customers
- Ensure the day-to-day delivery of effective and efficient administrative support services across all housing teams including Repairs and Maintenance, Finance and Housing Management
- Deal with all enquiries and service requests in accordance with current policies and procedures ‘handing off’ enquiries to other staff only with a view to maximise first time resolution
- Ensure service requests are dealt with in the timeframes set out in the organisations service standards including where the service request has been handed off to another team member
- Deal with written and email enquiries on matters relating to the role and responding to them within timeframes set out in the organisations service standards
- Assist and deputise for the Office Manager in their duties around facilities management, office supplies procurement, complaints monitoring and record management
- Deliver services which comply with policies and procedures, legislation, regulation, standing orders, financial regulations, and statutory health and safety regulations
- Work with colleagues to support the delivery of efficient housing services to customers
Requirements:
- Preceding experiences within a Social Housing environment
- Northgate experience required
