Venn Group are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service professionals to join a global bank in Canary Wharf on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities of the role include confirming manual payments with customers, maintaining the standard settlement instructions, and processing payments in accordance with internal and external deadlines. Additionally, the role-holder will provide support to the wider Banking Operations team, assisting with both ad hoc and scheduled duties pertaining to BACS set ups and financial reporting.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in Financial Services, have worked with both Retail and Commercial Banking products, such as Standing Orders, Direct Debits, Cheques, CHAPS, BACS, SWIFT and SEPA DD/CT, and demonstrate a successful track record of working within customer-centric positions.
This role requires candidates to communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly and affords them exposure to senior business partners; as such, candidates must display excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats, be able to present updates to senior management, and effectively and efficiently deal with customer queries and/or complaints.
