Damp and Mould Surveyor

Job Title: HHSRS / Damp and Mould Surveyor  - 6 Month Temp 
Location: Salford
Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HHSRS and damp and mould surveys within social housing properties 
• Compile SoR for subsequent remedial works
• Work alongside internal and external teams to ensure completion of works 
• Complete all necessary paper work in line with company policy and standards 
• Must have own transport 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience conducting HHSRS surveys on social housing properties 
• Strong knowledge of housing components, maintenance requirements, and building pathology.
• Familiarity with asset management databases and data entry (e.g., Keystone, PIMSS, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compile technical reports.
• HNC/Degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Social Housing and knowledge of compliance regulations.
• Full UK Driving License.
