A top city law firm listed in The Times Best Law Firms 2021 requires a Debt Capital Markets Transactional Lawyer to join their exceptional team. The firm is ideally searching for candidates with a banking or corporate background. If you are interested, please do get in touch with us.
Key Duties:
- Day to day responsibilities include drafting, liaising with the client and managing the process with their trainees
- The successful candidate will be working closely with one specific client, assisting them with the sale, off the programme, of debt securities that are backed by payment undertakings given by the client’s customers
Job Details:
- Remote working
- 3-month assignment
- ASAP start
- 3 years PQE+
- Project management experience is key
