Deputy Head of Estates Band C
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in North London with the recruitment of multiple senior vacancies to effectively lead Estates teams
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: North London
Duties:
- Provides support to the Head of Estates and Capital Projects.
- Act as the point of contact, carrying senior and professional responsibility for the delivery of all the Trust wide Estates maintenance services.
- Be the Trust’s specialist for all engineering, building services and maintenance matters giving professional advice on such areas
- Ensure services remain safe and compliant
- Develop strategies for maintenance programmes and monitor overall performance for KPI’s and SLA’s
- Be responsible for the development and provision of specific areas of the annual business plans for all estate management arrangements, operations and service provision
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing a team within a busy environment
- Experience within the healthcare sector is desirable
