Hourly rate: £25.76- £27.23 via Umbrella (DOE)
Our client, an established NHS Trust are looking for senior professional to join their friendly team. The successful role-holder will be working alongside the Head of Resourcing and a team of Senior HR BPs to provide subject matter expert interpretation and guidance on relevant contractual obligations aligned to Resourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Head or Recruitment and Resourcing, Senior HR Business Partner for Workforce Transformation and Divisional HRBPs to analyse workforce data to support departments’ understanding of trends within the workforce and develop solutions to address areas of challenges
- Provide specialist input into bespoke recruitment drives and work with external agencies and professional head hunters to source and select for hard to recruit, highly specialist or senior roles within the medical workforce
- Develop specific attraction strategies to attract candidates to skills shortage and hard to recruit areas and reduce agency usage and spend
- Work with HRBPs and Speciality Directors to understand Divisional 5 year workforce plans and proactively develop recruitment pipelines and talent pools so there is a ready supply of a talented and diverse medical workforce ahead of demand
- With the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing and Communications Team develop attraction and retention strategies that encourage the highest calibre of medical staff to apply to the Trust
- With the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing develop and deliver Trusts wide annual recruitment activity plan for the medical workforce, taking account of predicted staff turnover and recruitment needs identified from divisional workforce plans
- Provide transformational leadership by facilitating all specialities in their portfolio to follow the Trust People and OD Strategy and NHS People Plan specific to recruitment and resourcing
Essential skills:
- Previous senior experience held in a similar capacity
- Extensive experience of working in fast paced, customer facing environments
Desirable skills:
- Previous NHS experience
