Individual Giving Senior Executive
Venn Group is currently working with a Charity based just outside London for an Individual Giving Senior Executive to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The timely and cost-effective execution of acquisition and retention campaigns using multi-channel approaches; digital, Direct Marketing and telemarketing across a range of products, including; Lottery, Raffles, Appeals, Regular Giving and In Memory giving products. The role will have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining supporters and converting existing supporters to ensure continued annual growth from individual and regular giving. The role will be responsible for the implementation of stewardship and supporter journey plans, ensuring our supporters are communicated to effectively to improve retention.

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Experience of managing a project from start to finish
- Experience of monitoring budgets and business planning processes
- Proven experience of overseeing fundraising strategies

Salary: £29,524 - £33,831
