A position has arisen for an Administrator within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Hertfordshire. The position is temporary running for 3 months+, with full time hours and fully remote working.
Location: Hertfordshire (remote working)
Contract: 3 months+
Rate: £14.30 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Your duties will include:
- Providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Department
- Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service, including the recruitment and assessment of junior doctors in training
- Providing assistance with data management of programmes and support of educators
- Working closely with Senior Managers and other stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Schools, Training Programme Directors), University colleagues, Business Managers, local education providers, Colleges and other external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistent services within the programme
- Providing and receiving complex or sensitive communications Information is shared in a suitable format for the relevant audience
- Handling complex and sensitive information is shared with a degree of tact, diplomacy and/or sensitivity
- Establishing and proactively maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders within internal and external networks
- Providing timely and accurate information analysis and reporting, with information in a suitable format for the relevant audience
- Support the development and implementation monitoring processes ensuring the maintenance of well organised electronic records and data sets to support performance and compliance information requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- Experience of taking formal minutes
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Understanding and knowledge of data management and validation
- Significant demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Windows, Email and the Internet
