Disrepair surveyor Urgently Required
Contract Length: 3 months +
Rate: TBC
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 37 per week (8-4.30 and 8-1pm on Fridays)
On site and office based
Venn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Disrepair surveyor. The role is assisting the maintenance team for a housing provider.
Day to day duties include:
- Pre and post inspections on properties
- Stock condition surveys to include disrepair
- Working with section 11 and legai claims
- Dealing with damp and Mould
- Providing high levels of customer care
