A position has arisen for a full time, Dutch speaking Service Operations Coordinator for a global brand in Watford.
In brief, the successful candidate has the overall responsibility of dealing with internal and external customer’s enquiries, overseeing the collection and logging of accurate and detailed information about contracts and incidents, in order to facilitate service operations reporting.
The team has a major impact on customer satisfaction and it’s responsible for handling customer requests for support, spare parts orders and returns, assisting the dispatchers and taking care of company partners across the EMEA region.
You will be provided with extensive internal training, arming you with all the skill you require to manage this critical function of the business but you must be fluent, both written and spoken, in Dutch and an additional language in either Italian, German, French, Spanish, Hebrew or Polish.
Working hours are variable as this team work in shifts:
- 1 week: early shift 7:00-16:00
- 1 week: late shift 9:00-18:00
