A rapidly growing national Mental Health Charity are looking for an experienced EA to CEO to provide executive support to the senior leadership team including minute taking and extensive diary management.
The Charity is going through a large merger so the post holder will need to have be extremely flexible and work at a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minute taking for senior leadership meetings across the Charity; including Board and departmental meetings
- Looking after the CEOs diary and making decisions on their behalf
- Preparing and distributing information including agendas and accompanying papers
- Arranging diary’s and booking travel arrangements to support corporate events
- Preparation of board packs, agendas, spreadsheets, reports
- Coordinating internal and external activities/meetings, through effective diary management
- Assist management in rollout of various projects
- Complete any other admin tasks as requested by the SLT
Person Specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of minute taking at Board level
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar EA / PA role
- Experience working in a fast paced environment during a transition period
- Experience working within Charities and not for profit organisations (desirable)
Rate: £19 - £20 per hour
Length: 12 months with chance to extend
