A position has arisen for an Administrator within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Oxfordshire. The position is temporary running for 3 months+, with full time hours and fully remote working.
Location: Oxfordshire
Contract: 3 months+
Rate: £10.29 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Your duties will include:
- Administering and providing an efficient and effective frontline, client-focused service working with the Programme Manager and Officer
- Liaising with educators providing support for all recruitment, assessment activities undertaken within the training programmes
- Producing, maintaining, validating, and update mandated information and performance data using the information management system to ensure regulatory requirements and quality standards can be met
- Maintaining adequate records, ensuring appropriate systems & processes are in place to ensure reports are generated accurately and effectively on a range of key recruitment and assessment procedures and activities
- Organising interview and scoring days, sourcing venues, liaising with external stakeholders and contributors at all levels
- Process and log trainee assessment documents
- Contribute to the inter-deanery transfer process, Out of Programme and collating documentation and monitoring the submissions of assessments as required
- Ensure the safe storage, maintenance, and archiving of all confidential trainee records/files held and that these comply with organisation standards
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- Minute taking experience
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator who is looking to hone their skills in a renowned health organisation
