Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with a highly regarded public sector organisation to source a proactive and personable HR Administrator for the below interim assignment:
Location: Hertfordshire (3 days on-site)
Contract: 4 months +
Rate: £11.75 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 37.5 hours
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for the team, answering basic queries and escalating matters as necessary
- Analysing and inputting data from a wide range of sources
- Supporting employee relations casework procedures
- Organising hearings/meetings as needed
- Ensuring that all information recorded on the system is accurate and up-to-date, as well as being kept in line with information governance guidelines
- Assisting the HR team with a number of general administrative tasks as required
- Efficiently managing your own workload to enable the department to run smoothly
The successful candidate should have:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Employee relations experience
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong administrative capabilities, with experience using MS Office
