An independent charity are recruiting a dynamic, forward-thinking Employee Relations Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who will provide experienced and professional support to a variety of employee relations cases and drive a friendly working culture within the charity.
Your duties will include:
- Managing existing case load including but not limited to complex cases e.g. occupational health referrals
- Ensuring correspondence and case files are accurately maintained
- Ensuring all advice is compliant with laws, regulations and best practice
- Providing first line support to new queries and cases and guidance to the wider organisation and managers on ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
