Venn Group are pleased to have partnered with a renowned public sector organisation, to source a diligent, personable and dedicated employee relations specialist for the following interim assignment:

Location:          Buckinghamshire (hybrid working)

Contract:          Six months

Rate:                £236.94 per day Ltd.

Hours:              37.5 hours per week

Your duties will include:

• Ensuring effective support and advice to managers and staff is provided on complex employee relations casework
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of policies and processes relating to employment to ensure they are fit for purpose, streamlined and support the delivery of business objectives
• Providing general education and awareness of ER policy-related matters

The successful candidate should have:

• Prior public sector experience
• Strong understanding of employment law
• Demonstrable experience handling an ER caseload of varying complexity
