Salary: £18,193 – £20,225 per annum
Venn Group’s specialised Education team are excited to be recruiting for an Employer Services Officer based in the Warwickshire. This role will be offering £18,193 – £20,225 per annum.
Outline duties below
- Supporting the Apprenticeship Programmes and contributing to the College’s strategic plan by supporting the creation and maintenance of contract management, workflow and reporting systems
- Providing administrative support using a variety of software packages such as Management and Information Systems, CELCAT, Customer Management Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel Google Docs, Gmail etc
- Producing corresponding, documenting, maintaining records, spreadsheets, databases plus filing and photocopying
- Dealing with enquiries from a wide range of customers including employers, apprentices and others; both face to face, on the telephone and by email
- Inputting data using a variety of college IT systems, including enrolments of apprentices and processing of business enquiries
- Liaising with relevant members of the College's designated finance, legal affairs, sales and MIS teams to the development and implementation of the end-to-end processes
- Ensuring that reports required by the College’s designated finance, legal affairs, sales, MIS and delivery departments are made available, accurately and timely
- Providing guidance on contractual negotiations and/or workflow requirements in relation to external delivery
- Assisting colleagues with the preparation of enrolment materials for distribution to Work Based Teams
- Liaising with and support the work of the Work Based Teams that operate from the various college sites, overseeing the contractual arrangements for all external delivery contracts and the audit of the contract workflow elements
- Developing/maintaining links with all relevant external bodies, particularly employers and managing agents
