Employment Solicitor – Part Time
Well-respected Warwickshire practice seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their Employment Team on a part time basis. The position is envisaged to be three days a week although the firm is open to considering other working patterns.
You will assume conduct of a varied and stimulating caseload of employment matters acting for both claimants and respondents. The work will involve working closely with employers and providing strategic advice on employment and HR issues.
You will deal with contentious matters arising from unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, and TUPE and draft key documentation such as directors’ service agreements, staff handbooks, policies, consultancy agreements, post-termination restrictive covenants and settlement agreements.
The firm has an excellent reputation in the local area which has enabled them to build a loyal and growing client base. They hold the Lexcel practice management accreditation and are dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients. There is free parking onsite and the office is easily commutable from Rugby, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Northampton.

This position would be ideally suited to an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE and the ability to work independently.
