Overview
We are working with a Cheshire-based organisation seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to support their team on a locum basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing advice on a full range of employment law matters, including:
• Employee relations
• Disciplinary and grievance issues
• Absence management
• TUPE
• Redundancy and restructures
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

Working Arrangement

• Office-based or hybrid working (subject to client requirements)
• Flexible working patterns considered

Rate

• Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
