Interim Employee Relations Advisor
I’m pleased to be providing support to a long-standing customer of Venn Group’s, in order to source a skilled and driven Employee Relations Advisor, to provide ER support during a time of business transformation.
Contract: 12m FTC
Salary: £31,365 per annum
The main duties of this role will be:
Participating as HR representative at employee relations meetings and hearings eg, disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, capability, which includes analysis and interpretation of information which may be contentious, highly complex and sensitive
To assist Trust managers and staff in the interpretation and implementation of all Trust HR policies and procedures e.g. Grievance, Disciplinary and Sickness Absence
To support Trust managers on the application of NHS terms and conditions of service
To advise managers on issues of employment legislation
To ensure that the Trust complies with employment legislation and proactively advise the managers of the implications of new legislation
The successful candidate must have previous experience within the NHS, and be competent in the terms and conditions of service on the NHS Agenda for Change.
This role is based from their Covid-19 secure offices.
