Events and Engagement Administrator
Venn Group is currently working with a Charity based in London for an immediate start Events and Engagement Administrator to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining and updating systems and platforms and being the first point of contact for the Events, Marketing and Design team across the Organisations community. You will be responsible for managing the Events and Website inboxes and supporting the planning and delivery of events and engagement campaigns. The Events and Engagement Administrator works directly with the Events and Engagement Officers and very closely with the Web and Marketing teams. The ability to adapt in line with conferences, public events, communications and marketing campaigns.

It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- Experience of managing inbox’s
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for Events
- Excellent Campaign Support
- Proven experience operating within the Events
Contract type: 3 months, temp-to-perm (to be made permanent)
Days per week: 5
Daily rate: £114.45 paye - £131.67 via Umbrella (Salary: £35,700)
Working from home: Hybrid
