Exam Administrator
Venn Group are partnered with a large organization in the Greater Manchester area who are looking for a dynamic and capable Administrator with excellent customer service skills, on the below basis:
Permanent
35 hours per-week
Flexible-working across Monday-Friday
Manchester City Centre based
The key role responsibilities are:
- Preparing for exams/events, including scheduling, advertising and preparing specific materials and equipment for usage on the day
- Leading group meetings with associates, delivering presentations to attendees acting as the first point of contact for all attendees
- Providing support and guidance via phone and email to attendees prior to and post the examination
- Adding new assessment material to the database, editing and updating material on the internal CRM
- Generating and sending results to candidates, and reviewing feedback on the running of, and material included in the assessment
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Confident and proficient in public speaking
- Highly organized
- High attention to detail as illustrated in previous roles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience of delivering administrative support
