Executive Assistant

Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with an outstanding organisation in the health sector, to source a proactive and driven Executive Assistant for the following interim assignment:
Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid working)
Duration: Three months +
Rate: £16.75 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Full-time & part-time hours are available
The duties of the role include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including extensive diary management
- Acting as the initial point of contact for the team, handling queries and escalating matters as needed
- Booking meetings, drafting agendas and issuing invites
- Taking minutes in meetings, ensuring any action points are followed up with the relevant party
- Managing the email inbox, drafting correspondence and flagging any urgent matters
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required
Essential skills/experience required:
- Demonstrable experience supporting senior members of staff
- Experience of taking minutes in meetings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
