Executive Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a leading London based University. The post holder will provide a proactive, comprehensive, and confidential executive support service to the senior leadership team of the University.
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of the diary, including the effective organisation of and preparation for travel, meetings, committees and events
- Prepare, collate and distribute information, including electronic coordination of agendas, accompanying papers, reports and policy documents, attending meetings and taking minutes and dissemination of outcomes and actions
- Provide project support for strategic projects being led by the University including research, drafting documents and collating sources and resources related to projects
- Provide a front of house service, welcoming guests and organising high profile events and visits
- Support at corporate events, arranging and servicing meetings, travel arrangements within the UK and overseas, and project administration
Candidate profile:
- Significant experience working in an Executive Assistant position
- Experience working in the Higher Education sector
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of audiences
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to understand basic budget management/ monitoring
- Confidentiality when dealing with information of a sensitive nature
Annual salary: £40,000 - £49,000
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Location: London (At least 60% of time spent on site
