Market leading recruitment consultancy seeks Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join across various sectors as part of continued growth in their Birmingham Office.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, varied and rewarding. Personality, confidence, self-motivation and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good written and communication skills are a must as successful candidates will be recruiting for medium to high level positions and maintaining regular contact with an established client base.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, experience in business-development and sales is essential for this role. Applications will be considered from individuals with at least 6 months experience in a recruitment role, ideally as a 360 consultant however applications will still be considered for exceptional candidates who may have had their experience cut short due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Candidates who do not meet the required level of experience may also be considered for separate Resourcer vacancies.
The basic salary is competitive, on top of which you will earn team and individual commission, as well as regular pay rises that are based on individual performance.
