Fabric Maintenance Team Supervisor
Venn Group are supporting an organisation who are looking to recruit a Supervisor for their Fabric Maintenance Team.
Hourly Rate: £16 - £17.62
Length: temporary to permanent
Location: Berkshire
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for supervising all general, reactive, planned and remedial works and multi-disciplined maintenance
- Supervise minor installations and break down repairs as required on fixtures, fittings and remedial works
- Ensure logs and reports remain up to date and in-line with H & S polocies / legislation
- Maintain a good working environment and communicate effectively with the direct and wider teams
The successful candidate will have:
- Supervisory experience
