Facilities Management Officer - Band 6 - 3-6 month contract interim
• The role will require travelling to 16-18 sites in their region (ambulance stations/offices/111 centres) and monitoring cleaning/pest/gardening/TFM
. Must drive and have their own vehicle, be confident to drive in and around London from start date, most sites are not practical to reach by public transport.
• General contract management for soft FM services such as cleaning, waste, security, pest etc
• Manage PPMs
• Develop, maintain and improve key performance indicators and ensure cost benefits and savings are fully delivered
