Feedback Champion- Complaint Resolution and Learning

A reputable Housing Provider based in the Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit a full time Feedback Champion to join their busy team on a six month fixed term contract.
Salary: £34,500 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits
Duration: 6 Month FTC
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Currently WFH but a hybrid approach coming in from Feb/March, office based in High Wycombe
Main duties:

Supporting teams across the Operational Hub to deliver excellent services, to challenge and drive business improvements and to explore opportunities

Be an expert on Feedback Policy and Procedures so that you can support the team and the business in its effective implementation

Leading on managing and responding to formal complaints, from the initial enquiry through the investigation and response

Supporting senior leaders in appeal investigations

Preparing case files for any complaints escalated to the Housing Ombudsman

Building relationships with residents, ensuring that they are happy with how complaints are handled

Ensuring the communications that residents receive through the feedback process is customer focussed and of the highest standard

Supporting the Customer Experience Lead in the production of regular performance reports
Essential criteria:

Available to start on short notice

Have previous knowledge of complaints handling and providing excellent customer service

Good knowledge of IT systems and the ability to pick up new systems easily
