Supply Chain Administrator Required Immediately
We are working closely with one of our clients, based in the Bradford area, who are looking for their next Supply Chain Administrator to join the team. The ideal person for the job will be professional, ambitious, a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. They will ensure that all information produced is done so accurately and in a timely fashion.
Duties:
- Planning & dispatching of Field Service Engineers within the UK & Ireland
- Planning & management of preventive maintenance activities and audits
- Maintaining & managing the Field Service Engineers schedules
- Motivation and engagement of Team
- Receipt of stock
- Allocation and control of local stock holding
- Picking, packing and despatch of stock to customer sites
- Local and regional stock management, stock takes and forecast planning
- Logistics and order follow-up
- All tasks relating to the smooth running of both inbound and outbound deliveries
- Salesforce & SAP Key User
What we are looking for:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle, Salesforce, training on systems will be provided)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and customer orientated
- Self-dependent working behaviour and ability to assert oneself
- Open minded for further developments and good adaptability skills
- Capacity of teamwork and conflict management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form
- Customer orientation
- Language: English fluent in written and spoken, others welcome
