A position has arisen for a Field Service Support within a leading IT Software organisation. The role of Field Service Support will be responsible for providing on-site support and training to kiosk operators for a hardware replacement project of Outdoor Payment Terminal Solution (OPT).The role is paying £11.71 per hour via an Umbrella company. The successful candidate must have a clean UK licence. You will be given a company Van.
Hours – 5am – 1pm (7.5 hours including travel)
Expenses and accommodation available as you will be required to stay away Monday – Friday
Your duties will include:

Provide kiosk operators overview of the Outdoor Payment Terminal Solution (OPT)

Advise Kiosk operators on how to change paper rolls
-
Advise Kiosk operators on how to use OPT for payment and loyalty
-
Advise Kiosk operators on how to perform security checks (gate checks for foreign bodies)
-
Advise Kiosk operators on new site controller what is different (Network connectivity and fallback switches)
-
Liaise with the support desk on any go live issues

Work with other 3rd parties who are on site or providing to support (POS company)

Assist with delivering kit to/from site as required

Undertake other non-technical tasks as required by the business needs
The successful candidate should have:

Knowledge of EPOS/POS

Clean driving license

Excellent interpersonal skills

Basic technical aptitude

Good organisational skills

Customer service skills
-
Ability to work under pressure
