Job Title: Finance Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator based in Liverpool
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office
Duties will include:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable obligations
- Preparing, processing, and reporting invoices
- Dealing with invoice and income discrepancies with internal and external individuals
- Updating accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Securing revenue by posting receipts across multiple entities
- Documenting bank transactions
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Maintaining financial records
- Ad-hoc tasks including filing, scanning and preparation of audit requests
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Have experience with accounting software packages and Microsoft packages
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Desirably working towards AAT or is part qualified
