Finance Assistant

Location: Chesham Bois, Amersham, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £17,000 per annum
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase ledger transactions, including supplier setup and approval processes
• Tracking and uploading direct debits to accounting systems
• Processing Amazon orders and staff expenses for payment
• Filing financial documents and managing stationery supplies
• Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails/mail
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required

Person Specification:

• Experience in purchase ledger or administration, highly organised, numerate, strong attention to detail, strong Excel spreadsheet skills
