Finance Business Partner

We are currently supporting a large complex organisation with the recruitment of a Finance Manager.

The position will lead on the management and development of newly aligned central budgets, policies and processes. You will provide crucial input into the development of financial procedures and regulations required to deliver a new financial transparency project

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and re-alignment of income, direct costs, and indirect cost.
• Provide analytical evidence to support the communication of complex allocation examples to a variety of stakeholders.
• Build the annual five-year forecast, translate strategy into financial terms to demonstrate impact on income and costs.
• Develop, review update financial processes, policy and procedures in line with both UK accounting standards.
• Undertake line management of staff as appropriate in the Financial Planning team.
• project managing and operating the annual legacy financial planning and budgeting process

To be considered for the position, you will an ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional with Experience of managing and communicating change in accounting practices with a variety of stakeholders.
