Finance Lead

Venn Group are currently partnered with a Housing Association based in Suffolk who are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Lead to join their growing team and develop the finance function.

Job title:           Finance Lead

Location:          Suffolk  

Contract:          Part time (22.5 hours per week)

Salary:             £48,000 - £51,000 (pro rata)

Role:

• Lead on the budgeting, forecasting and modelling
• Lead annual statutory accounts process
• Produce monthly management accounts
• Business partner with all stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and queries are managed

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant 
• Experience working within Social Housing
• Systems – Xero
• Stakeholder management
• Effective line management skills
