Finance Manager

A position has arisen for a Finance Manager to work for a small Charity based in Central London.
Salary: £150/£200 a day
Length: 6-months - 4 days per week
Job Role entails:
- Assisting CFO in preparing monthly accounts and quarterly rolling forecasts
- Assisting in month-end and year-end procedures
- Monthly reconciliations of cash, bank, payroll and balance sheet accounts
- Working with the Finance Assistant and other team members to manage the Accounts Payables and Receivables function
- Managing the Accounts Receivables function, raising invoices as required to the clients
- Managing the Accounts Payables function, ensuring the invoices are paid in an accurate yet timely manner
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Liaising with banks for any payment queries
- Undertaking other projects and responsibilities as directed by the CFO/CEO
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT or equivalent Qualifications
- Experience of producing monthly management accounts and year end accounts
- Experience of cash flow, forecasting and treasury management
- Experience of leading budget-setting process
- Experience working with Xero finance software
