Finance Manager Vacancy Available

Hours: 37 per week (Monday – Friday)

Rate: Negotiable

Location: Greater Manchester

Contract length: 6-12 months

Main duties of the job:

Overseeing day-to-day finance operations and leading the finance team
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Understanding the wider business priorities and ways of working
Implementing effective financial controls and compliance measures
Effectively managing change by identifying opportunities aligned with Finance team and wider business objectives, facilitating implementation, monitoring and improving results
Encouraging issue identification, implementing corrective and preventive action plans to resolve and mitigate problems
Preparing timely financial reports and forecasts to provide insight into business performance
Collaborating with other departments to support strategic initiatives and budget planning
