A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join well respected and established housing association on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading and managing the team to ensure that financial reporting and the accounting function across the organisation meet the highest level of customer service. The role is completely remote, and working hours are full time, Monday to Friday (37).
Your duties will include:
- Preparing statutory financial statements for the organisation and its 4 subsidiaries
- Submitting accurate, timely and relevant financial returns and reports
- Ensuring the accounts payable function operates efficiently for the business and suppliers
- Maintaining clear and accurate VAT and corporation tax accounting records
- Overseeing and developing the Management Accountant, Accounts Payable Team Leader and Financial Accountant
To be considered, you will need to be CCAB qualified and demonstrate substantial experience in a similar role within the housing sector. Experience of team management is highly desirable.
