An Educational Trust are now seeking a Finance Officer with Accounts Payable experience. Their community of schools across London hold the ethos and vision of student success and happiness, also extending this to their family of employees. The post-holder will have key responsibilities mainly in the Purchase Ledger control.
Job role entails:
- Dealing effectively with purchase orders
- Processing invoices in timely manner
- Processing all payments such as direct debits and standing orders
- Managing VAT
- Managing weekly BACS run
- Providing help desk and support facility to all staff
- Processing all forms of communication in finance department i.e. post and emails
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have education financial systems knowledge, such as PS Financials
- Two years working within a Finance team
- Previous School/ Education Finance experience
- Have current willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS
