Venn Group are partnering with a London based Housing Association to recruit a Finance Officer on a part-time basis with an hourly rate of up to £20.
The successful Finance Officer must have experience of working independently and feel comfortable taking a lead on all finance matter for medium sized organisation.
You will be performing a range of activities as follows:
- Prepare payroll information for the outsourced provider
- Processing invoices and monitoring bank account balances
- Producing reconciliation reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Completing VAT returns
- Preparing draft annual accounts
- Preparing service charges
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets
- Dealing with audit queries and year end accounts
Role Requirements:
- All round bookkeeping skills
- Basic Excel skills
- Sage 50 experience (desirable)
- Housing association experience (desirable)
