Job Title: Fire Compliance Manager

Venn Group has been approached by a social housing provider in the Greater Manchester area to recruit for a Fire Compliance Manager on a permanent contract.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Compliance in the housing sector .
The duties will include:
- Develop budgets that are crucial in delivering the services within your remit
- Have effective monitoring and reporting regimes are established to demonstrate financial and VfM objectives are achieved
- Deliver work in accordance with current Fire Safety and Building Safety Acts
- Conduct fire risk assesments and complete reports
- All compliance information and databases are maintained and it is all readily available to be disseminated to the correct managers
- Directly manage a team of contractors ensuring KPI's and all legal compliance requirements are met
- Manage a team of contractors ensuring that all legal compliance requirements and KPI's are achieved
- Work with business partners in a variety of teams
- Conduct and attend regular meetings with internal and external teams
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience with the social housing and conducting Fire Risk Assessments
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a management or supervisor capacity
