Our client is currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Advisor on a temporary 3 month basis with the potential for extension.
As a successful candidate it is essential you will have specific experience of at least 2 years in a previous fire safety post or management experience in any other employment. Additionally, it is essential that you possess a Health & Safety Diploma and a Fire Safety Risk Assessment / Management degree.
The role will consist of the following duties:
-Ensure the trust meets the requirements of the Regulatory Reform Order
-Ensure the Trust’s Fire Safety Policy is up to date
-Co-ordinate the undertaking of all fire risk assessments
-Undertake regular inspections of Trust premises
-Undertake investigations into the cause of fires occurring in Trust owned or occupied premises
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role as a Health & Safety/ Fire Safety Advisor role
