Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Floating Support Worker

Location:         Halifax – HX1 5JL

Rate:               £11.68 p/hour (PAYE including holiday pay)         

Length:           2 months

Hours:             31.5 hours p/week  

The role will predominantly involve:

• Supporting clients in line with a strength-based approach in a 24/ hr supported accommodation service for clients who have been rough sleeping
• Supporting a caseload of 4 clients
• Engaging with clients based on their strengths such as cooking, art in order to to gain trust and confidence and build relationships
• Supporting with budgeting, bills and life skills 

The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS, be able to drive and be able to start in to the position from next week
