Joiner

Venn Group have been approached by a leading Contractor based in Carlisle to recruit for a number of Multi Skilled Joiners on a 6 month contract with the possibility for extension.

As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Multi Skilled Joiner, preferably in social housing.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

- Responsive repairs work on void and tenanted domestic properties for a large housing association

- Joinery, Plumbing, basic tiling and patch plastering

- Repair and replace UVPC mechanisms and glazing repairs

- Adhering to all health and safety on site and work is completed to required standard

It is essential the successful candidate holds a full UK driving license as a company van is provided.
